So, the dancing after work on multiple evenings during the week isn't
working. So time to rethink exercise. Here is a new plan: Dance one
night a week, maybe 2. Take my usual lunch time break to go visit my
favorite oak tree and get some fresh air during the day. Get off the
subway at night 1 or 2 stops early and walk home (I don't want to do it
in the morning because my train get crowded by the time I get to those
stops.) I am going to look into private belly dancing lessons so I can
get comfortable with the basic moves and won't feel as self conscious in
a larger class.
